My Morning Frozen Oatmeal Jar

FROZEN OATMEAL JAR

I always want to keep on track with an ideal body. Its took quite amount of struggle for me to maintain it as I have a busy working schedule day & night unconsistantly. (Laziness always be the factor)😒


Despite of that I am still doing my best to pull myself together and eat healthy.  Its started when I found/knew about the quickest & easier way to prepare healthy food for routine breakfast or at anytime I want it, the Frozen oatmeal!


Obviously, it's rich of nutrition from the fruits and the oatmeal itself. Besides, I feel full until lunch. Automactically, It make me not starving.




What I have been practicing, after prepared them into a jar, I will keep the jar full of oatmeal in the refrigerator for the whole night and brings them to the office as my breakfast. 


These are the fruits/ingredients you might consider of putting into your frozen oatmeal:


First and foremost, you must make sure its a clean jar!


1. Quacker Oatmeal or Granola raisin etc
2. Chia seeds
3. Low fat Milk
4. Greek yougurt
5. Nestle Conflakes
6. Strawberry / banana / grape / avocado etc
7. Blueberry
8. Pure honey
9. ....etc 

Finally, put the oat jar into the refrigerator to froze them and only take it out in the next morning as it ready to consume!!!! 

Psst! Frozen Oatmeal does not mean the oatmeal has turned into frozen ice like an ice cube.. It's just one of the step for the process. It serves well when it's fresh from the refrigerator!
